Job Description

Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Inter to join our fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team; supporting field support and proposal recruitment. This position is responsible for the thorough execution of the recruiting process for assigned searches and requires an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role and requires the ability to plan, multi-task, and follow through on assigned tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work

Professional Skills

  • Good experience in English.
  • Candidate should can be a Graduate/ UG.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Time management & multitasking ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
