Strategic Account Manager – IT Infrastructure Sales (Enterprise & Key Accounts)
- Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad | Cochin
- Experience: 8+ Years in Enterprise IT Sales
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: Up to ₹30 LPA
About the Role
We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue and relationships across key enterprise accounts, focusing on end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions including Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, and Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large enterprises, OEMs, and a deep understanding of the B2B IT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand relationships with strategic enterprise and global accounts

Drive B2B IT infrastructure sales including:
- Servers, Storage, Networking equipment
- Cybersecurity products (e.g., firewalls, endpoint security)
- AV/VC solutions, End-user computing, MDM
- Managed infrastructure and cloud services

Own account strategy, planning, and execution across assigned territories

Maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, and IT heads

Collaborate with OEMs, pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams for custom solutioning

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive account expansion

Conduct quarterly business reviews, pipeline forecasting, and renewals

Ensure account health, client satisfaction, and long-term retention
Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically in IT infrastructure solutions
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and consistently meeting revenue targets
- Strong understanding of OEM ecosystems (e.g., Dell, HPE, NetApp, Cisco, VMware, Trend Micro, Fortinet, etc.)
- Skilled in stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, and consultative solution selling
- Exposure to sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and Government/PSU is a plus
- Preferred candidates from companies such as ValuePoint Systems, Hitachi Systems, NTT Data, or similar
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as per territory/account needs
