Job Description
Strategic Account Manager – IT Sales
Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up To ₹30,00,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Strategic Account Manager for a leading IT solutions provider. This role focuses on managing large enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth in B2B IT hardware, telecom, semiconductor, and mobility solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and sell IT solutions, including end-user computing, networking & storage, AVSI, MDM, and managed services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product teams, and OEM partners to deliver customized client solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, addressing customer challenges and ensuring successful project execution.
- Monitor account performance metrics, providing insights and growth strategies to senior management.
- Travel within the region to support sales efforts and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT sales, focusing on B2B hardware, telecom, semiconductor, or mobility solutions.
- Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, time management, and buyer assessment.
- Skilled in solution selling, upselling, and cross-selling IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
