We are looking to hire Windows Technicians at multiple locations to join our Services team. These positions will be a part of our talented Services team. Join our team and be a part of our growth story.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- Well-versed with Microsoft repair policies, warranty guidelines, and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Working as a Field Service Engineer for customers at enterprise locations.
- Performing diagnosis and troubleshooting of Windows-based systems.
- Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues in Windows desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Analyzing the cause of system failure and replacing faulty components, if needed.
- Configuring and optimizing Windows OS and related software.
Skills:
- Efficient communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Updated knowledge of hardware components, drivers, and troubleshooting techniques.
