SAP IBP Consultant (Principal / Lead / Senior Specialist)
- Location: Remote
- Job Type: Contract (6–12 Months, Extendable up to 1 Year)

- Experience: 7–10 Years (Lead: 10+ Years)
- Budget: ₹1.4 – ₹1.8 Lakh per month

Job Overview
We are hiring SAP IBP Consultants with strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning modules (Supply, Demand, Inventory Optimization, or Order-Based Planning). The role involves end-to-end IBP implementation, conducting workshops, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting go-to-market initiatives for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deliver SAP IBP solutions (Supply, Demand, IO, OBP)
- Lead client workshops, UAT sessions, and user trainings
- Collaborate with Sales & Alliances teams to expand IBP business opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior consultants; build internal accelerators and best practices
- Define CPI specs and integration requirements with ECC and external systems
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and delivery efficiency
Required Skills & Expertise
Primary Skills:
- SAP IBP (Supply, Demand, IO, OBP)
- Strong configuration knowledge: planning areas, key figures, planning views, application jobs
- ECC master & transaction data handling
Technical Expertise:
- Minimum 3+ end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects
- Integration design & CPI specifications expertise
- Exposure to SAP APO or other planning tools (preferred)
- Strong client-facing, workshop, and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Engineering graduate (MBA / M.Tech / MS in SCM or Operations preferred)
- 7–10 years of total Supply Chain Planning experience
- Minimum 3+ years dedicated SAP IBP implementation experience
- For Lead roles: 10+ years of SAP IBP experience
