Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – IT Solutions
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month
About the Role:
We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to join our rapidly growing Sales team. This role focuses on selling IT solutions to clients in the US and UAE markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of IT solutions, including system integration, hardware, IT infrastructure, and SaaS products.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Engage with clients in the US and UAE markets to understand their IT requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, hardware solutions, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with international clients (US/UAE preferred) is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.
