Enterprise IT Sales Executive (Microsoft CSP / Cloud Sales)

Location: Chennai/Pune/Delhi/Hyd/Mumbai/Cochin Experience: 4 Yrs-5Yrs Proven experience in enterprise IT solution sales.
CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum

About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong background in Microsoft CSP/Cloud platform sales. This role requires experience in client acquisition, proposal management, and growing enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage enterprise clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Sell Microsoft CSP/Cloud-based IT solutions by understanding client needs.
  • Conduct client meetings, propose tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve brand reach and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and track account activity in CRM.
  • Stay updated with competitor moves, technology trends, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in B2B/enterprise tech solution sales (preferably Cloud or Microsoft CSP).
  • Excellent understanding of client business needs and solution selling.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple key accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Team player with strategic planning and forecasting abilities.
