Job Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our US sales process. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing deals — all while helping businesses adopt cutting-edge IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Promote IT products and services tailored to client needs
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships
- Work with internal teams (marketing, support, leadership) to drive growth
- Conduct account mapping and connect with key decision-makers
- Run targeted email campaigns and track engagement
Requirements:
- 0.6–1 years of inside sales experience (IT industry preferred)
- B2B sales experience with strong understanding of IT solutions
- Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Available for 3-week orientation training in Bengaluru
