Assistant Manager – Channel Partner Sales (North Bangalore)

- CTC: ₹5 LPA
- Experience: 3–4+ years in primary property sales via channel partner network
- Notice Period: Immediate joining / Max 1 week
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Professional to handle primary sales through reputed channel partner networks in North Bangalore. The role involves active lead generation, client handling, site visits, and coordination with developers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct site visits, present project details, and address client queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams and channel partners.
- Negotiate terms, assist in booking formalities, and ensure smooth documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in primary property sales via channel partners.
- Strong local market knowledge of North Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Not Eligible
- Candidates with experience only in rentals, resale, or leasing.
- Profiles from companies like NoBroker, NestAway, or similar secondary-market/rental-focused firms.
