What You’ll Be Doing
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a 20-member development team comprising both experienced professionals and fresh graduates. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll bridge product vision with technical execution—ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of engineers across varying experience levels.
  • Technical Ownership: Make strategic decisions on tech stack and guide end-to-end product architecture.
  • Architecture Design: Develop robust architecture frameworks aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Hands-on Development: Actively contribute to development using React, Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS, and database technologies.
  • Project Execution: Define project requirements, sprints, and deliverables using tools like Jira.
  • Engineering Excellence: Implement and uphold best practices through code reviews, testing standards, and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to drive results.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of technical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or engineering manager role.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, Python, HTML/CSS, and databases like MySQL/MongoDB.
  • Experience leading both fresh graduates and experienced engineers.
  • Comfortable operating in a start-up-like, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and scalable architecture patterns.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with PHP and tools like Jira.
