Job Description

Build Scalable Back-End Systems That Power the Future Are you passionate about building clean, efficient, and high-performing back-end services? We’re hiring a Senior Python Engineer to lead the development of robust microservices and scalable architecture for modern, enterprise-grade applications.

Role: Senior Python Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based microservices.
  • Integrate and manage asynchronous communication systems using RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement microservices architecture best practices.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following industry standards.
  • Collaborate with designers and front-end teams to implement responsive user-facing features.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security across platforms.
  • Create and manage database schemas and integrate multiple data sources into a unified system.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
  • Support deployment processes and server configurations.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one web framework (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Solid understanding of ORMs, server-side templating (e.g., Jinja2, Mako), and multi-process architecture.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for full-stack collaboration.
  • Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure system design.
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming and platform-specific optimizations.
  • Proven ability to integrate queueing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Strong unit testing, debugging, and version control skills (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliance requirements.
  • Experience with application deployment and server setup is a plus.
